By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you do not have permission to access or use the App.

1. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

1.1. Age Requirements:

- You must be at least 17 years old to use the App

- We reserve the right to terminate accounts and remove information if we discover a user is under 17

- We may request age verification if we have reason to believe a user is under 17

1.2. To use the App, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

1.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. LIVE CONCERT FEATURES

2.1. The App provides information about live concerts, ticket purchasing capabilities, and related services. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of artists and concert information.

2.2. Ticket purchases are subject to availability and additional terms set by venues, performers, and ticket vendors. We are not responsible for cancellations, postponements, or changes to events.

3. USER CONTENT

3.1. Users may have the ability to post, upload, or share content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display User Content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

3.2. You agree not to post User Content that:

- Is illegal, fraudulent, or misleading

- Infringes on intellectual property rights

- Contains malware or harmful code

- Harasses, abuses, or threatens others

- Violates any third party's rights

- Contains explicit or inappropriate content

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

4.1. The App and its original content (excluding User Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Analog Rooms, LLC and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

4.2. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

5. PRIVACY

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

6.1. The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for any third-party content, services, or practices, and you access them at your own risk.

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

7.1. Subscription Options:

- Monthly subscription: Automatically renews each month

- Annual subscription: Automatically renews each year

- Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region

7.2. Auto-Renewal:

- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

- Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

- Auto-renewal may be turned off in your Apple ID Settings after purchase

7.3. Free Trials:

- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

- Initial trial period length, if offered, will be disclosed at sign-up

7.4. Refunds:

- All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law

- Refund requests must be made through Apple's App Store

7.5. Changes to Subscription Terms:

- We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon notice

- Price changes will take effect at the next subscription renewal

- We will notify you of any price changes

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

8.2. In no event shall our total liability exceed one month's subscription fee.

9. DISCLAIMERS

9.1. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9.2. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

10.1. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to users through the App or email.

10.2. Your continued use of the App after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

11. TERMINATION

11.1. We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11.2. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

12.1. The App may utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to generate content, provide recommendations, enhance user experience, analyze data, and improve our services.

12.2. You acknowledge that:

- AI-generated content and recommendations are for informational purposes only

- AI systems may not be perfect and can make errors

- We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content

- Your data may be processed by AI systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy

- AI features may be modified or removed at any time

12.3. Any data you provide may be used to train or improve our AI systems, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

13. GOVERNING LAW

13.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
